I’ve been a  level 2 & 3 personal trainer for over 11 years now and a Bootcamp instructor for 10of them with military and sports background to back myself up.

I now run my own Bootcamp and Fitness business winning this year the best in Chorley 2024 wellness and personal trainer and have inspired and help over 100s of people to achieve their goals and helping with their mental well-being. 

I started my Bootcamp 5years ago pushing to make a differences in people’s mental wellbeing durning an uncertain time.

My main focus for all my members and coaching  clients is getting their enjoyment of exercise and focusing on their mental side as well as the fitness side.

I have delivered physical training, indoors and out since 2004 …both in the military environment and civilian.


I served 17 years in the Army, 9 of them as a PTI.


I look forward to delivering physical training, not only to pass on my knowledge & experience but also to help members overcome physical & mental barriers and achieve what they never imagined they could.

Each of us instructors has a wealth of experience and knowledge that’ll help an individual cope with the transitory reactions to the initial crisis’s that comes with the fear of the unknown when faced with new physical challenges that comes with training in diverse conditions and situations.

I have a range of experience in strength training and endurance training.
 
With over 6 years of training to build strength and muscle and 3 years experience in endurance training to race Ironman triathlons. I have been group coaching for 3 years and personal training for 2.
 
I enjoy passing my knowledge on to others whilst helping them achieve their goals and overcome any challenges they may face.
 
I like to make my sessions fun, but challenging to ensure everyone involved gets the most out of it.
 
My sessions are always different and never the same, I like to bring variety of different exercises to coach everyone through and teach them something new each time.

Group Fitness Sessions

Outdoor Olympia is an outdoor exercise group where we all train together with the common goal of getting fit and having fun. No two sessions are the same and we always look to keep things fresh

Organised Events

We hold monthly social events where we all get together and do team activites.  We do everything from Kayacing to Walks.

Corporate Wellness
